Problems, I have Allah!
Bismillahirrahmanirrahim.
Having the sky as my canvas, having the birds chirping as the music, I reckon that Allah is beckoning me to start pondering on the pleasures that He gives me for free. Yes, it is true that valuable things in life are gained without having to spend your money on it.
One of them is contentment- to feel just enough with everything that we have right now. (This is my personal way of defining 'contentment' anyway. What's yours?) Even the slightest breeze of wind can make you feel at ease, through and through; provided that Allah allows that small thing to actually 'touch' your heart.
We often complain and shutting our eyes to the joys around us. The whiners always see the dark side of life, insisting on saying that the hitches are more abundant than the pleasures that they have. Being the forgetful human beings, we don't remember that since the first day on Earth, Allah has given everything (yes, EVERYTHING!) that we need without asking anything in return. Instead, we fret all day long, thinking of why God has chosen us to bear such a teeny weeny puny problem.
Isn't it irony? Can't we just accept that one trial as a means of attaining more love from Him or as a means of reminding ourselves that we have Allah who is planning our whole life?
After all, He knows what we need the most. Probably, that one calamity is the only tool that will trigger our sense of humility towards Him (kinda-a-servant-and-his-God-special-bond). Hmm, who knows ey?
The main focus here is to stop whining and just follow the sunnatullah. If Allah says Kun faya kun, so be it. No matter how difficult life may seem at that particular point, just remember that He is watching & has never been careless in assessing our actions.
I myself am struggling to do this, but let's strive for the better, shall we?

May Allah give me inspiration to start writing my first authentic autobiography & also the ever first short story to which I haven't decided what genre to write about huh.
Siapa kata jadi budak bahasa ini mudah ha? Meh sini nak kena piat!

Allah doesn't promise life would be plain sailing, Amal. But surely, He will never burden you with problems that you yourself cannot bear.
